Important Meeting Announcement – We’re Going Virtual

We’re making our Semiannual Membership Meeting even easier to attend—we’re going virtual!  The meeting will be held via video conference call on Wednesday, October 9 at 2pm (EDT) / 1pm (CDT) / Noon (MDT) / 11 am (PDT). The call has been planned well away from ExpoEast for those members attending that trade show.

In making this change, we listened to many members who had found that the previous format of meeting during the Natural Products Expos was inconvenient. Instead, a video conference call will be easy and economical for all AAHP members to attend. We look forward to having all members participate in this inaugural video conference.

The Board is working to keep the virtual video conference call to approximately one hour. It will not be necessary to have a camera attached to your computer, although that would be helpful to strengthen the connection between members; it is also possible to use a smartphone. The Board has been using the video software this summer and the meetings run smoothly. Connection details and agenda will be announced early in October.
